France tested with success small torpedo boats according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1923

An item reported that the French navy tested at Cherbourg, France with much success small torpedo boats fitted out with improved Thornycroft C.M.B. engines. During the trials were speed of 41,6 miles achieved and during very worse weather was a voyage made with a speed of 30,8 miles. Dimensions 16,75 x 3,35 x 1,00 (when lying still metres, The torpedoes were aft in forward direction launched.
