French private shipyards building better warships than the naval yards according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1926 no. 4

An item referred to the Naval and Military Record dated 31 March 1926 reporting that in France was complained about the quality of the ships built by the French naval shipyards which was less as the ones built by private shipyards.
