An item reported that the British steamship (ex-Highland Loch) Jamaica Planter of 7.482 gross and 4.707 net ton and built at Birkenhead, England in 1911 by the Jamaican Banana Products S.S. Company Limited (managers Kayse, Son&Co. Ltd.) was sold to P.W. MacLennan Limited, Glasgow, Scotland to be broken up. In the past was she used on the regular shipping line for transporting bananas between Jamaica and Rotterdam, Netherlands.
