British steam trawler King Herring sold towards the Netherlands to be broken upaccording to the Dutch magazine Schip en Werf dated 23 December 1938

An item reported that the British steam trawler King Herring of 100 tons gross tonnage, built in 1909 was sold by S.E. Catchpole, Lowestoft, England to the Dutch shipyard De Koophandel, Nieuw-Lekkerland, Netherlands to be broken up. She already arrived at the scrap yard towed by the Dutch tug Maas.
