Polish coal elevator Robur VII launched at Schiedam, Netherlands according to the Dutch magazine Schip en Werf dated 15 October 1937

An item reported the launching on 4 October at the Dutch shipyard N.V. Werf Gusto, Schiedam, Netherlands of the coal elevator Robur VII built for account of Pulsar (Polsko-Skandynawskie Towarzystwo Spolka Akeyyna), Gdynia. Bapized by Mrs. N. Kórzon in the presnece of the Polish consul general T. Skowronski. Cargo capacity of 1.000 ton and suitable for bunkering large seagoing ships. Able to unload 400 ton/hour. Fitted out with 2-250ihp steam engines.(1)

1. Yard number 722. Used as block ship in Gdynia in September 1939. Salvaged by German forces and  rebuilt as salvage vessel Vulcan or Richard by the Stettiner Maschinenbau AG, Stettin, German (nowadays Szczecin, Poland) in 1942, captured by the Russian forces and commissioned in their navy as the Khosta and returned to the Polish government on 14 April 1947 and renamed Dragon.
