Polish naval officers replacing Soviet naval officers according to a CIA report dated 31 August 1954

An item reported that Soviet officers appointed on senior posts in the Polish navy after being replaced by Polish naval officers returned to the Soviet Union. Instead of them came new Soviet officers to Poland as advisors for the newly appointed Polish officers.
