Several Soviet tugs on the Danube were temporarily inactive due to high water level of the Danube according to a CIA report dated 18 November 1954

An item reported that during the high water level in the Danube river the Soviet SDGP (Russian-Danube Shipping Company) tugs Sevastopol, Orel, Leningrad, Baku, Novgorod, Poltava, Jaroslavi, Krasnovodsk, Irkutsk, Sukhumi, Taman and Komsomolsk were standing.
