Laid down by Regio Cantiere di Castellammare di Statbia, Italy on 3 August 1881, launched on 9 August 1884, completed on 1 February 1888, stricken on 11 November 1909, used since then as floating oil tank GM45 and scuttled at La Spezia, Italy until 1943 when she was sunk in shallow water during an air attack and broken up in 1945.
