USA just establishing a coal bunker station in Mexico according to the Dutch newspaper The Bataviaasch nieuwsblad dated 9 July 1907

An item reported that the tiding that the USA would buy the Magdalena-Bay from Mexico was denied. There was just a coal bunker station to be established to bu used during the annual gunexercises.
