German warships still under construction and submarine pressure hulls of no military valeu according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 19 for the week ending 27 August 1921

An item reported that the German government was being informed that the surface vessels under construction and which were to be broken up just like 23 submarine pressure hulls to be demolished were released. The Conference of Ambassadors decided that hulls and vessels had no military value.
