Catch results of German whalers from Hamburg worse according to the Dutch newspaper Oprechte Haerlemsche courant dated 4 September 1688

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 3 September referred to tidings receive from Hamburg, Germany where 30 Greenland whalers returned with totally results 10 Icelandic whales and 6 right or black whales. The whaler de Hoop and the whaler of commandeur Cornelis Zeeman were lost and 12 other whalers of Hamburg which were underway had also worse catch results.
