Andrew Browne Cunningham (7 January 1883 Rathmines, Ireland-12 June 1963 London, England) 1st. Viscount Cunningham of Hyndhope, Commander-in-Chief Mediterranean Fleet in 1939-1943 and First Sea Lord 1943-1946, ended his naval career 1897-1946 in the rank of Admiral of the Fleet.
