Dutch Greenland commandeur Jacob Bras returned home according to the Dutch newspaper Amsterdamse courant dated 25 August 1701

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 24 August reported the arrival at Texel of the Dutch Greenland commandeur Jacob Bras 15 whales.
