An item reported that the Bolsheviks formally handed two submarine chasers at Trebizond over to the Turkish Nationalists. While the local garrison paraded were the Turkish colors hoisted. The boats name Zhutki and Zhivoi were certainly not identical to the destroyers with the same name now lying at Sevatsopol. Both submarine chasers were escorted to Trebizond by the armed vessel Sokol, which on her turn was not identical to the destroyer now under con struction at Petrograd. A report which had to be confirmed mentioned that the Bolsheviks were handing over 3 submarines and 1 torpedo boat to a Turkish delegation.
