The Dutch steamboats Prinses Marianne and the Stad Gorinchem according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 3 April 1841

According to the local newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 31 March arrived in the evening of the day before around 19.00 o’clock almost at the same time as the steam yacht Prinses Marianne the new steam yacht De Stad Gorinchem which served between Gorinchem, Netehrlands and Middelburg, Netherlands. She was a beautiful and well equipped steam vessel and was sighted by many of the citizens. She departed this morning again to Gorinchem.
