Swedish sailing warship Vasa or Wasa 1626-1628

The Vasa was built by the Dutch shipbuilders Henrik and his brother Arendt Hybertsson de Goode. She was laid down 1626, launched 1627 but all ready sank on her maiden voyage 10 August 1628. She was salvaged 24 April 1961, until 1987 housed in a temporary museum until she moved to the Vasa Museum in Stockholm, Sweden.
