Dutch gunboat Zr.Ms. Ever (1871-1926)

Laid down at Armstrong, Newcastle, England 1871 and launched 1873. Dimensions 25,90 x 7,62 x 2,20m and a displacement of 210 tons. The 2 screws and a 130 ihp horsepower allowed a speed of 8 miles. Her crew numbered 22-34 men. Originally armed with 1-23cm gun, later altered in 1-12cm gun and 3-3.7cm guns. Costs building 132.600,00 Dutch guilders. In 1884 disarmed and used for training midshipmen. August 1914 refitted as an accommodation ship for the personnel of the battery at IJmuiden and stricken 1926.
