Cadiz, 28 June. The French corvette Lamouche master Nicolas Défes arrived after a voyage of 13 days coming from Bordeaux taking with her two American merchant ships captured when they left Lisbon.(1) One was loaded with 17 boxes of silver with a value of 51,000 piasters destined for Bengal and while the other had a cargo valued 42,000 piasters destined for Batavia, Dutch East Indies.
