The Greek and Turkish navies the Mediterranean according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant 26 July 1827

Constantinople, 26 June. The Turkish aren’t capable to do much at sea. Loch Cochrane was gathering at Poros all Greek ships, while the Turkish fleet was in great fear for them.

Lisbon, 7 July. Two warships [British?] have left the Taag towards the Mediterranean and according to rumors they will be replaced by others.
