Madrid, 30 June. From Cadiz arrived a tiding dated 25 June that men became somewhat concerned dealing with the expected convoy from Havana which departed that port 45 days ago. The five privateers which were cruising at sea off Cadiz were apparently waiting for this convoy hold every vessel they sighted. The Spanish ship of the line Azia which was ordered to leave for a cruising voyage while at the same time escorting some ships was ordered to something else but was replaced by the frigate Diana.
