Dutch minesweeper Hr.Ms. Mahu 1960-1983

Belonged to the Van Straelen coastal minesweepers with a displacement of 171 tons and as dimensions 33,08 x 6,65 x 1,80 meter. The 2x Werkspoor Diesels supplied 2x550 hp driven two screws. Her crew numbered 154 men and she was armed with 1-2cm Oerlikon. Call sign PAMU and pennant M. Laid down at the shipyards De Noord at Alblasserdam, Netherlands on 8 June 1960 with yard no. 661, launched on 15 March 1981, commissioned on 6 October of the same year and decommissioned in 1983.
