Turkish warships fitted out at Constantinople according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 28 May 1821

Constantinople, 25 April. Before the Arsenal where still all efforts were done to fit out the fleet were 3 ships of the line, 1 brig and a corvette lying. One ship of the line, 3 frigates and a corvette were lying anchored in the channel between Beschiktasch and the castles of the Bosphorus.
