An item dated Bruxelles 20 May reported that at Calais since some days continuously British transports arrived with on board troops to complete the British army corps. The edition dated 21 May published an item dated Dover 16 May that there the same day left 13 transports towards Calais with on board excluded the wives and children 1,100 men mostly cavalry and a detachment of the 88th regiment of line and a number of horses.
