Swedish warship Vasa 1626-

She was laid down in 1626, launched in 1627 and sunk on 10 August 1628, found back in 1961 and salvaged. With a displacement of 1,210 tons are her dimensions 47,5 (between perpendiculars)-69 (sparred) x 11,7 x 4,8 metres. Her crew numbered around 445 men consisting of 145 sailors and 300 soldiers. The armament consisted of 64 guns with a main battery of 48-24pdrs.
