Indonesian cabinet sending navy personnel to the Netherlands to be schooled as officers according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws: algemeen dagblad dated Saturday 2 September 1950

An item reported that that next Monday 23 Indonesian midshipmen were to start their schooling at the Koninklijk Instituut voor de Marine at Den Helder as announced by the Indonesian High Commissary. The Indonesian cabinet considered sending another 10 men to Den Helder where at that moment already four men were schooled as navy officer.
