Ottoman empire returns seized Greek merchant ships according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Tilburgsche Courant dated 4 August 1913

An item dated Constantinople 4 August reported that the Ottoman empire decided to return all Greek merchant ships seized at Constantinople before the outbreak of the war and allowed a free passage via the sea straits.(1) The same was allowed to the ships which stayed in Russia.

1. The Ottoman empire and Greece were between 8 October 1912 and 30 May 1913 involved in the First Balkan War as opponents.
