Portugal selling ships being build for Germany according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland dated 4 December 1923

An item referred to the magazine Journal des Débats reporting that all ships being built by shipyards in Portugal for German account were public sold. Just Portuguese companies or citizens were allowed to buy. The Portuguese cabinet kept three ships herself to use for the colonial shipping and two freighters.
