Argentina building third dreadnought according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 18 September 1912

An item dated Buenos Aires 17 September reported that the Senate approved a law allowing the cabinet to lay down a third dreadnought. The ministers of foreign affairs and finance were opponents.
