An item reported that the US Senate commission for the armed forces approved last Wednesday a gigantic shipbuilding program which included a new kind of aircraft carrier large enough to be used by planes fitted out with atomic bombs. The bill was already discussed in the House of Representatives and now sent to the Senate.
