Dutch clipper ship Aria en Betsy bound for the Netherlandsaccording to the Dutch newspaper De Locomotief dated 12 February 1869

An announcement reported that the fast and well known Dutch clipper ship Aria en Betsy captain H.J. Haverbuld would depart Batavia in the first half of March towards the Netherlands. On board was a skilled doctor and she had excellent accommodations for passengers. For more details could be asked the agents Bicker&Co. of Surabaya and Von Hemert&Co. of Batavia.
