First warships launched for Manchuria according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland dated 25 August 1933

An item referred to tidings received from Charbin that the with the usual ceremonies the first three ships all build at Kobe, Japan were launched for the navy of Manchuria.(1)

1. Japan invaded on 19 September 1931 Manchuria established the puppet state Manchuko which existed until the end of the Second World War.
