An item dated Rotterdam 25 October reported that according to the ship broker Jacq. Pierot jr. the tiding that the steamship Ruth (ex-Mizar) was sold to Norway was not correct. She was lying at Emden and via his mediation sold to Norway although the sale was not definitive approved. She was first to be inspected.
