An item reported that the German grand admiral Dönitz on behalf of the Fuhrer on a naval base in the Black Sea officers and sailors of the Romanian navy award with high German war awards including two banners for two Romanian gunboats and a Crim shield for the entire crew of a Romanian submarine.
