Dutch clipper ship Slamat bound for Surabaya according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 9 July 1880

An announcement reported that the well known very fast coppered clipper ship Slamat captain G.R. de Greeve lying in the Oosterdok was to depart Amsterdam soon towards Surabaya. For more details could be asked shipping agents De Wed. Jan van Wesel&Zoon, Kromme Waal 23, Amsterdam.(1)
