Dutch frigate ship Diligentia built in Rotterdam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Dagblad van ‘s-Gravenhage dated 3 May 1839

An item dated The Hague 2 May reported that two days earlier at the shipyard St. Joris in Rotterdam shipbuilders de Jong, Korteland and Anthony immediately after the launching of the Admiraal van Kinsbergen the keel laid down of the frigate ship Diligentia of 800 tons for G. and A. Vlierboom.
