An item dated Monnikendam 11 December reported that the same day with success at the shipyard Vigilantia of J. Kater Pz. the schooner brig ship Cecilia of 100 lasten was launched for Craandijk en Comp. of Amsterdam. Her keel was laid down on 21 June. Her captain was to be G. van Yperen.
