Dutch tug Friesland sold to Russia according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad dated 7 January 1916

The Dutch tug Friesland owned by Bureau Wijsmuller Sleepboot. Maatschappij of IJmuiden was sold to Russia and already handed over. Her last order was bringing the dredger Ingenieur Sagharow from Honolulu towards Vladivostok.
