Japanese naval expansion according to the Dutch newspaper Limburger koerier dated 30 September 1921
A journalist of this newspaper wondered what the meaning was of the term disarmament regarded the Japanese huge expansion of the navy that same year. Totally 17 ships were added included the super dreadnought Mutsu. Further more were to be launched a small cruiser, two destroyers, a gunboat, two auxiliary ships and the 40.000 tons dreadnought Kaga.
