Soviet naval Baltic expansion according to the Dutch newspaper De Tijd dated 21 July 1924

An item dated Berlin 19 July referred to a tiding received from Riga according to which the Soviet cabinet intended to restore the original strength of the Baltic fleet. At least four new dreadnoughts, four small cruisers and 24 torpedo boats and auxiliary ships were to be built.
