Russian police flotilla on the Amur according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 8 March 1911

An item dated St. Petersburg the 7th reported that in the Spring a Russian police flotilla would be stationed on the river Amur and that all passing vessels including Chinese were to obey eventually orders given by those police vessels.
