British admiral William appointed as Turkish naval advisor according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 7 April 1910

An item reported that the British admiral Williams (2) replaced admiral Gamble (1) as instructor [advicer] for the Turkish navy. Th edition dated 3 February reported that Gamble resigned due to health problems.
