Dutch shipyard building Libyan harbour tugs according to the Dutch newspaper Het vrije volk dated 12 July 1978

An item reported that the Dutch shipyard Schouten at Muiden received an order of 25.000.000 Dutch guilders for building five tugs for Libya to serve in the ports of Tripolis and Benghaze. The building of three of the five tugs which had to be twin screw tugs was transferred to another shipyard. Schouten self just built the two single screw tugs.
