Dutch torpedo boat Hekla rearmed in England according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 12 January 1886

An item reported that the Dutch torpedo boat 1st class Hekla sent some time ago to England to be fitted out with a launching device for fish torpedoes was to return to the Netherlands now the construction was completed. The pilot steam transport Coertzen of Nieuwediep would escort her coming back.
