An item reported that the chief staff of the Venezuelan navy Marcos Tulio Montero Leon would officially visit the Netherlands between 28 and 30 April. He was invited by the Dutch minister Staf. The intention was to visit the major shipyards at Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
