Dutch steamship Stad Zaandam sold to Norway according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad van het Noorden dated 28 November 1938

An item reported that the Dutch steamship Stad Zaandam of 2,058 gross tons and build in 1919 was sold by the Halcyon Lijn of Rotterdam to Elling Aarseth of Aalsund, Norway.(1)

In 1920 built at the shipyard of J. Meyer, Zaltbommel, Netherlands.
