Dutch yard Conrad at Haarlem built Belgian and French dredgers according to the Dutch newspaper Haarlem’s Dagblad dated 20 May 1884

An item dated Haarlem 19 May reported that Th. Figee was building a dredger for Belgian account and one for French account. The same year were all ready two dredgers for French account build.
