Sweden building new torpedo boats according to the Dutch newszpaper Gereformeerd gezinsblad dated 29 July 1967

An item reported that at the Swedish Carlskronan shipyard the Swedish minister president Rage Erlanderrecently christened 3 nrelwy built 190 ton fast torpedo boats of the Spica-class and which were named Castor, Vega and Sirius. The first three ships of this class Spica, Sirius and Capella wrere in 1966 delivered by the Götaverken shipyard at Göteborg. The gas turbines allowed a speed of 40 knots. The armament consisted of 1-5,7cm radar controlled gun and 6 radio controlled torpedoes. There was on board accommodation for 28 men.
