An item referred to the magazine Schiffbau dated 28 May 1924 reported that according to the Moniteur de la Flotte dated 22 March the Swedish admiralty requested for a budget of 42.000.000 millions kroner needed for building 4 destroyers, 3 submarines and 3 torpedo boats.
