The Argentinean naval budget according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1912-1913 no. 7

An item referred to a statement of the Argentinean minister of navy that the total naval budget was at least 145.000.000 francs. Of this budget 125 million was needed for the common expenses and the remaining millions for additional needs like an increase of the personnel strength with around 2.000 officers, sailors and firemen.
