The Norwegian naval budget versus shipbuilding program according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1911-1912 no. 4

An item reported that the Norwegian Parliament approved the budget consisting of 500.000 crones as third part of the building sum for a third destroyer, 2.400.000 crones for continuing of the building of a second destroyer and beginning of the building of a third and fourth submarine, 200.000 crones for guns and 100.000 crones for ammunition. With 78 votes against 43 votes was a budget for a fifth armoured ship refused.
